Arugula Salad with Shaved Parmesan and Balsamic Vinaigrette

Thai Shrimp Tostadas

Pan frying brings out the flavor of the shrimp. Corn tortillas warmed in a hot pan with a little oil would make a better accompaniment than the super crispy tostada, I think. Or tortilla chips (chop the shrimp for Thai shrimp nachos).
The sauce was to die for. I made extra as dressing on an accompanying salad.
