God knows you.
He knows where you are right now. He sees what’s happening in your life. He knows where you’re going and what you are thinking. He pretty much knows everything there is to know about you, to the point that he knows what you are going to say before you say it.
God surrounds you.
The God of the universe, the Creator surrounds you. He’s behind you and in front of you. And as if that were not enough, his hand — the hand of Almighty God — is supporting you.
God is with you.
There is nowhere you can go that God cannot find you. There is no crack that you can slip into unnoticed, no cavern so dark that he will not follow. No matter where you go, heaven, hell, or anywhere in between, he is there. Wherever you are, he is there to guide and support you. Even if you try to hide under the cover of darkness, he sees you as if it were bright as day. Even when you think he’s left you, he is still there, faithful and true.
God made you.
He knit you together, complex and wonderful in the womb. Before anyone else knew of your existence, he was already at work in you.
God knows every day of your life.
Your Creator saw you before you existed, before you had any kind of body to speak of. Before you took your first breath, he was planning out your days. Every one of them was recorded in his book before you were born.
God thinks of you.
The One who made you and put you on this earth is thinking about you. In fact, his thoughts about you are so many, you can’t even begin to count them. When you got up this morning, he was thinking about you.
Can all your worries add a single moment to your life? … Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need. So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today. Matthew 6:27, 33-34
